Spacious and quiet suburban 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Brand new A/C unit installed June 2024! Master bathroom with double sink, shower and jacuzzi tub, super nice and relaxing! House has a large front yard with a swing and comfortable parking for 2 cars. In the back yard there is a very nice patio with comfortable seating, ambient lights and grill, there is also a swing in the back. Kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked and equipped with all the essentials.
The space
One story house, no stairs. Big open space right when you come in. The living room, kitchen and dining room all blend together with plenty of seating for everyone. The back yard and patio are accesible through a sliding door in the kitchen/dining area. The bedrooms are all down the hall on the left side of the house.
Guest access
The whole house and patio is accesible, as well as the neighborhood park and courts across the street. The pool is available during season May through August.

Getting around
Neighborhood park is across the street. House is located 5-10 minutes from major grocery stores and shopping centers and 30 minutes from downtown Austin.
You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.

- Check in is after 4pm, check out by 10am. – Quiet time starts at 10pm.
- The house sleeps up to 10 people, but 8 more comfortably. No parties or extra guests are allowed.
- No smoking is allowed inside, but it is allowed outside provided the ashtray is used. Please dispose properly of cigarette butts. Any trash left outside will incur a cleaning fee.
- The master room closets, the garage and the shed in the back yard are private and locked, please don’t try to open them.
- Please don’t leave dirty dishes, or dishes in the dishwasher. Please clean any dishes or appliances used. Any kitchen utensilis/appliances/grill left dirty will incur an extra cleaning fee.
- Leave beds that were used unmade and beds that weren’t used as is.
- Don’t remove the blue tape or mess with the switch by the back sliding door.
- If cleaning is needed during your stay, it is available for the specified cleaning fee. Please let me know in advance, and plan to leave the house for 4-5 hrs for cleaning.
- There are trash and recyclable bins in the kitchen bottom cabinet. There are trash bags in the pantry. There are larger bins outside in the front yard by the fence. The blue bin is for trash and the green bin is for recyclables. Please don’t mix trash with recycables! Trash day is Friday and it comes by pretty early, so please put bins out by the curb Thursday night.
- Please make sure the back door is locked, lights and fans are off, and thermostat is set to 75 before you leave.
- Please refrain from rearranging the furniture. Any furniture moved must be returned to its original position. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee.
- No pets are allowed.
FAILURE TO ADHERE TO ALL RULES MAY RESULT IN A FINE.
Please don’t rearrange furniture. If you used other things, try to leave them in order and in the same. Clean the stove and the grill if you used them. If you only used a few dishes, wash them by hand. If needed, you can use the dishwasher, but please don’t leave dirty dishes.
